Overview
Carpenter Company travel staff will be available throughout your cruise to see to your travel needs. The Hospitality Desk will be open on the ship during posted hours, manned by professional staff eager to assist you in every way possible. Travel staff will also be available to assist you on your arrival.

Day 1

• Air transportation via scheduled airline service from various Carpenter departure gateways ***
• Greeting by Carpenter Travel Staff upon your arrival at your "Port of Departure" city, after which you will board a private deluxe motorcoach to the port area.
• Check-in to your pre-registered, pre-assigned accommodations aboard the ms Veendam, where you'll be treated to eight days and seven nights of luxurious hospitality!
• The balance of the day is yours to rest, relax and unpack.
• Enjoy a privately-hosted Welcome Cocktail Reception in the company of friends and colleagues.

Days 2 through 7

• Full meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner at any of the ship's restaurants
• Afternoon tea, served daily

• A lavish Midnight Buffet, served daily
• A variety of shipboard daytime activities including snowball jackpot bingo, poolside games, shopping, cooking classes, Champagne Art auction, line dance class, Naturalists talks on deck, Port preview lecture, and many, many more.
• A variety of nighttime activities including production spectaculars, variety shows, intimate lounge acts, casino games ... even movies with complimentary popcorn!
• On Day 7, enjoy a privately-hosted Farewell Cocktail Reception in the company of friends and colleagues.

In addition to the above, a variety of shore excursions will be made available for your enjoyment. You will have the opportunity to pre-register for your choice of any of a number of these activities. More information will be available as the departure dates are neared.

Upon disembarking from the ship, enjoy deluxe transportation via private motorcoach to your airport, for air transportation back to your home in the United States or Canada. ***
