Maui Day-to-Day
Day 1 - March 7
Depart USA for Maui
Upon arrival at the Kahului International Airport, we'll be driven by private motor coach to Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
The fun begins the first evening at the Carpenter Welcome to Maui Reception. We'll meet and greet, enjoy cocktails and reception-style food stations. Live Hawaiian musical entertainment is on the menu as well.
BONUS! Maui Jim will have on display samples of their popular and oh-so stylish sunglasses. Each Carpenter guest will get fitted and select a pair to keep, compliments of Carpenter Co.
Day 2 - March 8
Full American buffet breakast in the Grand Dining Room.
Carpenter guests have their choice of two included activities during their 5-day stay in Maui.
On day 2, we are offering:
Private Alii Nui Molokini Snorkel Sail (based on charter schedule). For those who appreciate excellent snorkeling and sailing, you will set out on a custom-built, one-of-a-kind 65-foot sailing catamaran. We'll sail to Molokini - a marine reserve with spectacular water clarity and a pristine coral reef. Rated one of the best snorkeling spots in the world, this reef has a variety of beautiful reef fish and animals. We will also visit Turtle Arches, which offers a large coral reef system and is a great spot to see Green Sea Turtles. The Alli Nui is the premier vessel in Maui, and has a spacious deck and shaded cabin areas, including seating for 32 at inside tables, large teak bar and two oversized restrooms. Towels, sunscreen, and top quality snorkel gear are provided as well as a dedicated crew to help in any way they can. Our "sail" includes full-breakfast, mid-morning snack and lunch.
Downhill Haleakala Bike Tour Enjoy a morning guided vehicle tour of magnificent Haleakala National Park, including the summit region of the crater and the visitor centers. Afterward, you will experience an epic 23-mile guided downhill bike ride at 6,500 feet down through Kula and Makawao to the historic North Shore town of Ha'iku, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. A non-biking option will be available as well.
Golf at the Wailea Golf Club including 18-hole green fee, shared cart, and roundtrip transportation from the hotel.
Spa treatment at Spa Grande, one of three treatment options.
Tonight will be our first dine-around evening, featuring some of Maui’s best restaurants.
Day 3 - March 9
Full American buffet breakast in the Grand Dining Room.
Included activities on Day 3 (2 total per person for our time in Maui) are the Snorkel Sail, Haleakala Bike Tour, Golf and Spa options above as well as:
Evening excitement is the Carpenter Private Luau at the Grand Wailea. Get ready for the traditional Imu ceremony, cocktails, buffet dinner, displays by artisans and crafters, and an exciting Polynesian Luau show!
Day 4 - March 10
Full American buffet breakast in the Grand Dining Room.
Included activity choices today (2 total per person for our time in Maui) are the same as Day 3.
Tonight will be our second dine-around evening at some of Maui’s best restaurants.
Day 5 - March 11
Full American buffet breakast in the Grand Dining Room.
Available Bike Tour, Golf and Spa visits as listed on Day 2.
Tonight is our always popular Carpenter Farewell Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner at the resort. Enjoy local music during cocktails and a dance band during dinner.
Day 6 - March 12
Full American buffet breakast in the Grand Dining Room followed by check out and air departure to your gateway city or to Oahu for Carpenter's optional extension.
